Dear Delegates, I am Neha Sheik and it is my pleasure, as your Chairperson, to welcome you to the All India Political Parties Meet of AMUN2022 on behalf of the Executive Board. The dias also comprises of your Co-Vice Chairpersons Diptanshu Mishra and Vansh Verma. 

I hope you are as excited to be a part of this committee as we are excited to have you here.

During the course of the committee, I urge delegates to be unabashed and vocal of their viewpoints. I am cognizant that a committee experience can be fairly daunting, hence the primary goal of this bench will remain maximum participation from all delegates present. While recognizing your ability as debaters and MUN-ners in your own right, I assure you that the experience here at AUMUN is going to be unlike any other. This bench will look favourably upon viewpoints with a well-researched backing and a comprehensive basis. Diplomacy in committee interaction is key and at the end of the conference, we are not looking for a domineered committee, but a committee that attempts to work together to solve the problems at hand.

Whether you are a seasoned delegate or someone who has just forayed into MUNs, I urge you to take this committee as a building block to further your understanding of the nunaces in Indian politics and how it is intricately tied to our identity. In these uncertain times, I hope the debate brought into committee leaves us with moments of self reflection. 

We along with the secretariat are here to solve any queries you have and assist you throughout the conference.
