Code of Conduct
The Secretariat and Organizing Committee are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all delegates. By participating in this conference, delegates acknowledge and agree to adhere to the following code of conduct:
1. Identification: All delegates are required to carry their university ID cards at all times during the conference.
2. Respect and Inclusion: The conference strictly prohibits any form of verbal or physical harassment, discrimination, or intimidation based on race, gender, nationality, sexual orientation, caste, creed, or religion. Such behavior will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action.
3. Substance Abuse: The use, possession, or distribution of narcotics, alcohol, cigarettes, vape pens, or any other substances is strictly prohibited during the conference. Delegates found violating this policy will be subject to immediate disciplinary action, including removal from the conference and/or notification of a faculty advisor.
4. Prohibited Substances: Possession of any prohibited substances is strictly forbidden. Any such substances found during security checks will be confiscated, and the delegate will be reported to the relevant authorities.
5. Committee Visitation: Delegates are not permitted to visit other committees during session hours, except for designated IPC delegates.
6. Respect for Property: Delegates are expected to treat University property with respect and care. Any damage or destruction of property will be addressed accordingly.
7. Campus Cleanliness: Delegates are responsible for maintaining a clean and respectful environment. Littering and other forms of disorderliness will not be tolerated.
By participating in this conference, delegates acknowledge that they have read, understood, and will comply with this code of conduct. The conference organizers reserve the right to take disciplinary action, including removal from the conference, for any violations of this code.
